Tornado earn NWCA Scholar All-American Team, 7 individuals recognized
BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University women’s wrestling team was named a National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Scholar All-America Team. The Tornado also had seven individuals earned Scholar All-America honors.

King has All-Americans at WCWC National Championships
ADRIAN, Mich. – The King University women's wrestling team finished up regular season competition at the Women’s Collegiate Wrestling Coalition (WCWC) National Championships and concluded the weekend with 10 All-Americans and two national finalists. Cheyenne Sisenstein and Tavi Heidelberg-Tillotson led the Tornado with runner-up finishes in the 123 and 191 to lead the Tornado to a third place finish.

Final NWCA NCAA rankings Released
BRISTOL, Tenn. – With the Women’s Collegiate Wrestling Coalition (WCWC) National Championships only a few short days away, the final National Wrestling Coaches Association rankings for 2020 have been released. Out of 10 weight classes the Tornado stack up 10 nationally ranked wrestlers, half of which are ranked first or second in the country. Jacklyn McNichols and Cheyenne Sisenstein have both maintained their first place status for the entirety of the season.

Tornado move to 10-1 with win at Emmanuel
FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. – The King University women's wrestling team traveled to Emmanuel College this evening for their final dual of the season. The Tornado had an outstanding showing with six wins by technical fall, one fall and a decision.to take the 32-10 victory.

King rolls through Limestone
GAFFNEY, S.C. – The King University women's wrestling team traveled to local rival Limestone College this evening and put together a commanding win. The Tornado spun through Gaffney, S.C. in a flash as they picked up three technical falls and two falls to win big over Limestone 35-5. The only points scored against the Tornado were by forfeit.
